As the quote from Rudyard Kipling goes (This Mr Kipling wrote exceedingly good poems not cakes) - `If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs` which is exactly what Apollo manages to do when windy conditions spook his pals. When the first horse bolts and throws its rider, Apollo stays calm and even when a second comes out of nowhere bolting, Apollo`s training kicks in not only staying calm but calling out to the bolted horses to come back and perhaps to calm down:-
