That time Lord Rothschild drove a carriage pulled by six zebras to prove a point |
Lord Rothschild was one of the wealthiest men in the world (1868 - 1937) and would have a keen interest in the many different animals of the world. At his home he had a large number of exotic animals including Kangaroos, exotic birds and of course Zebras. In 1898 he would visit Buckingham Palace in a carriage pulled by several Zebras with who he had trained himself.
