Swaps
Born in 1942 Swaps is a California bred racehorse sired by Khaled out of the mare Iron Reward who is a daughter of Beau Pere. Swaps was a highly succesful horse on the track, winning $848,900, Swaps would go on to win the 1955 Kentucky Derby, beating the eventul Horse of The Year, Nashua by a solid length and a half with jockey Willie Shoemaker onboard.
