Stübben saddle for Albert Jansen (27/02/04)
Less than an hour after Albert Jansen accidentally bit the sand with a Harley motorbike from the track in the IJsselhallen, he was allowed to enter the arena again, this time on foot. Jansen is a member of the ISS Supportersclub and thus competed for a beautiful Stübben saddle that was raffled tonight. Chairman Liesbeth Mekkering drew from a large number of names in front of the well-filled grandstands Albert Jansen as the lucky winner. He received a beautiful Stübben Maestoso saddle from Jolanda Berends of Stübben Netherlands. Jansen decided after consultation with Jolanda Berends to please his children by exchanging the saddle for two Stübben children`s saddles.
