State Police Catch Loose Horse On PA Turnpike
Traffic came to a screeching halt on the PA turnpike after a horse got loose. This is between the Monroeville and Irwin exits at mile post 59. Police say it took about 30 minutes to catch the horse, the horse was returned to his owner and is doing well. Video courtesy of Kinsey Momeyer
