This thoroughbred stallion claimed successes in the American jumping sport. His dam was inbred to the Aga Khan`s most famous racehorse, the little grey Mahmoud (by Blennheim, dam Mah Mahal by Gainsborough-The Tetrarch). Mah Mahal`s dam Mumtaz Mahal was also dam of Mumtaz Begum (by Blennheim), dam of Nasrullah. In addition, Rupie Star`s dam is inbred to Pilate by Friar Rock (by Rock Sand) out of Herodias by The Tetrarch. Pilate`s blood is frequently found in American showjumping horses, his most famous product being Untouchable (Katy Kushner).
