In June 2003, was such a moment, a moment that allows you to explain everything: At the time I`ve ridden with Ingmar in the main stadium of Soers. The first gallop on the hallowed turf - it was a crazy feeling. The place is just simply great in all directions. If you run the outset, we see behind the jumps do not even speak. Otherwise, after a jump is always equal to the next, but there is just the place. This square has been written several times jumping history and suddenly I was there too. These are such moments, it opted for the moments that explain a lifetime.

The key words "stable, horses and nature" struck me in my memories to my childhood. I`m gerobbt by nettles have collected worms and I romped around in the mud. The school was not really my thing. Honestly, I was glad when it was over. With math and physics, I was able to start the most. Also, I was quite ill as a child and my mother is very much going for walks with me, so I get fresh air. In almost every one of our walks, we have come to paddocks over and I was always fascinated. With seven years I was allowed to start to ride and very quickly became obvious to me: I wanted to ride jumping! With eight I am with my first pony Prince in my first

become E-jumping has been launched and second. From then on the way for me was clear: horses and show jumping - that`s the philosophy of my life since then.

At age eleven, I won with the pony team at South German indoor championship my first title, with twelve I was at on my first European championship in saddle pony start. That was great and I was very proud, but it was not always easy. While the other girls in my class listened to pop music and poster collecting, I`ve been training. There was not much time for other things. And I was three or four years younger than listen to my teammates and I often had to me that my father would have so much money and could buy the most expensive pony. But I think that is why I sometimes had to work much harder and train than any other. But I wanted - I wanted to ride and I wanted to be good. And more important than the money was that my father always stood behind me as a person and believed in me. He has repeatedly beätigt me is that I what I really want to run through, can and must. My mother and my sister are always there for me - I almost said, in good times and bad ... And that`s in our sport even more important than anything else: people, strengthen your back. This was so for the pony time in the Junior and Young Riders-period and is perhaps even more important. Because the pressure in the sport just keeps getting bigger. It makes a difference whether one is a no name at the start or as 19th place in the world rankings - 19th place, until then I had prepared the 2004th It`s a great feeling, but also a bit of stress - an expectation that they are put in himself.

During my pony, junior and young riders time I was in seven Europe-

this championships. I have over the years seen much of the world have experienced a lot, learned to deal with pressure, and have learned a lot in show jumping. I`ve been training with Nelson Pessoa, Fritz Ligges and Achaz of Buchwaldt.

They were all incredibly important stages in my career, but the right one,

The international breakthrough came for me 2003rd Earlier this year I was

moved my horses in the vicinity of Munster and started my training with Kurt Meier Grave. He has brought me to where I am today. In 2003 I was appointed to the B-squad, won against international Cracks the Grand Prize of Mannheim, was the first time in Aachen at the start and right at the jump in the price of Europe there and became vice-champion in the German Championships - that was an incredible season for me. And now it was only going on right! More proud than to second place in the DM of the ladies I am, however, the DM-bronze medal of 2005 in the competition of the men - that was another highlight, a moment for which it opted for years and the one for many a dry spell compensated. Also a very special, an incredibly emotional moment for me was to win my 27th Birthday at the Grand Prize in our own tournament in Affalterbach - a birthday victory in front of "my" audience and then also on my favorite Ingmar. When I think of it, I get goose bumps again.

For the cavalry, with all its highs and lows, with all their "special moments" I quit, my business degree - and I have not regretted a second. If you are not part of this tournament, circus, one wonders often wonder how we "stand" tab that: the constant pressure to perform, the "gypsy life" of tournament hotel to tournament hotel, this function of the power - weekend after weekend. I can only say that I`ve learned to deal with pressure and I enjoy this life. Sunday I`m a little tired and happy when a tournament is over, Monday I rest me in a bit loose and ride only a few horses, the horses are processed again Tuesday correctly, Wednesday I miss most of the tournament again atmosphere and Thursday I`ll be glad when can I drive again Tournament.

Whenever I find time, and to overcome my inner bitch, I also go jogging. I have a few years problems with my right meniscus. The more I build up the muscles with exercise, the less it hurts. So I go jogging, go for the longer term to an operation out of his way. But my pig dog advocates like the couch or the cinema ...

Time to relax there is not much. But I feel very comfortable with this way of life and if I really want to relax sometimes, I bake cookies or a favorite cake, which we then destroy the team inside the house.

A passion I have to admit, however, beside the horses still, I love watches! And that love comes not from the air that I inherited from my father. We are both passionate watch collector.

At the moment I live for the horses and the sport, but I am also well aware that there will be a life "after". On the one hand, after the sports career in which I earn with training, and selling or working out my money needs, and the other a life besides the horses. Yet this is not for me to imagine, but in a few years, I can well imagine, to play the role of housewife and mother. And then I`ll take the time to make vacation and travel - to America or Australia for example.
