Pennwood Forge Mill who had many successes in the showjumping arena with Paddy McMahon and Geoff Glazzard, he was a favourite with showjuming fans. In the showjumping arena he won the King George V cup and the Horse and hound cup, Ostend Grand Prix, he competed in numerous nation cup competitions and he also won the European Championships.
The Royal International Horse Show held at Wembley - the King George VI Gold Cup won by Paddy McMahon riding Pennwood Forge Mill.
