Negro (Ferro x Variant) is a dressage stallion who has forever made his mark in the world of sport horse breeding as the
farther of Olympic gold medal winner Valegro. Negro himself was KWPN GP stallion competed under Anne van Olst.

Grandam Ultraistin is bred, like the Oldenburg stallion Copperfield (Classiker), out of Ultraviolett (Ultraschall). The dam`s line goes back via the stallion Waidmannsheil (Waidmannsdank xx) to the Oldenburg champion dam Kunherta (Miracolo xx). This family also produced the famous Grand Prix dressage horse Aloe (Almeo) and the reputable stallion Gratino la Silla (Grannus).

On the dams dam line is Olympic cocktail by purioso which produced the stallion jazz. This colts damline is a known producer of GP standard horses. From this damline came Zamatcho Z a Grand Prix winning dressage horse in the Netherlands with Jill Huybregts
