At Red Rock Canyon Riding Stables, we offer a learning experience along with the enjoyment of knowing you`re in good hands. Our Cowboys and Cowgirls guide you along the trail, teaching you how to ride horseback through the back country of Red Rock Canyon while staying safe and enjoying all that nature provides. We provide lessons and trails for the first time horseback rider to the more experienced rider.
Our Cowboys and Cowgirls begin each trail ride with a hands on lesson, in which we explain the proper techniques for checking your horse and tack, mounting and dismounting your horse safely, and handling your horse, all to make your back country horseback ride safe and pleasurable. With your newfound knowledge you`ll feel more comfortable, confident, and relaxed---after all, that`s what horseback riding in the back country is all about! There`s nothing like the feel of a good horse underneath you as you enjoy the beautiful scenery of Red Rock Canyon.

TENDERFOOT SCENIC BUS TOUR
This optional scenic and informative bus tour, stops at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center. Then on to the view points throughout Red Rock Canyon, giving ample time to enjoy the views, walk on the red rocks and take photos. Perfect for the tenderfoot who wants to join the group but would rather ride a bus than a horse. Afterwards, join the group at the camp .
RED ROCK CANYON OVERLOOK RIDE
This is one of the most breath taking horseback trail rides you`ll ever experience! Ride trails few have ventured. Look down on the canyon below from lofty heights. Take in the scenic wonder that is Red Rock Canyon. This adventurous trail ride isn`t for every Cowboy or Cowgirl, but it could be for you. If there lives within your soul the need to journey where few dare to venture, come ride with us. (Ride approx. 3.5 hours)
CANYON RIM RIDE
From high atop the rim of Fossil Ridge, overlook the colorful Spring Mountains and the rainbow colored canyons below. Watch for fossils in the rocks, seashells and an Indian prayer circle. See ancient caves, Volcanic and geological formations, and an amazing view of the vibrant Red Rock Canyon.
