Loan Agreement For Horse

If you are looking to put your horse out on loan or looking for a horse to loan it is important that a detailed loan agreement is put in place to protect all parties involved in participating the loan of the horse. It is important that all costs and duties are set out so they all know what all responsibilities are fully put in place.

A monthly loan fee is to be paid by the loaner. RKD Ponies will continue to pay veterinary, dentistry, farriery, feed, bedding and general maintenance of the horse.

There are various loan packages, but at basic level these loans include the use of a pony, all the facilities including the indoor and outdoor schools, the use of the pony`s tack, rugs and any equipment needed. We even provide discounted riding lessons. A simple loan agreement is signed by both parties and payment is made on the 1st of each calendar month, which is payable in advance with one month`s notice from either party to end the Loan Agreement. Simple!!!!
