Laurel Ridge Sport Horses is a premier equestrian venture dedicated to finding and importing quality European Warmbloods and preparing them for an American show career.
We offer top European Warmblood hunters and jumpers for sale, importing the finest German Hanoverian, Oldenburg, Westphalian, and French Selle Francais horses for the American hunter/jumper circuit.
We have a well-developed professional network incorporating the best breeders as well as top jumper and dressage barns throughout Europe, giving us access to some of the finest horses on the international market. Several times a year, we travel thousands of miles throughout Europe to scout out and purchase new prospects for the American show circuit.
Our Vetting Process is Rigorous
The best European veterinarians, familiar with US requirements and standards, perform a rigorous pre-purchase exam on each horse. The vetting results, including flexion tests, a minimum of 26 x-rays, a blood health panel, drug screening, and pre-import tests are further submitted to a US vet for review and acceptance.
To limit the stress of the long journey from Europe, we work only with trusted and experienced horse shipping professionals to transport the new recruits to our facility in the United States, where they will start their American show horse careers.

Laurel Ridge Sport Horses is building a state of the art facility in the beautiful Temecula Valley Wine Country. Conveniently located 1.5 hours from Los Angeles and Indio, and a short hour from Del Mar and The Oaks, we are easily accessible for your horse shopping needs. (Click here for map and directions.)
Working in conjunction with the County of Riverside, we have successfully obtained zoning for commercial horse operations on the property. Currently, we offer 24` X 24` 1/3 covered corrals with access to acres of irrigated grass pasture and a 200` X 300` jumping arena
We are under construction to install a 22-stall Barnmaster barn, a hay barn, six turn-outs, a jump chute, an equine walker, a 66` X 198` dressage arena, and a derby field complete with grob, banks, and open water, with an expected completion date of late May, 2006.
Laurel Ridge Sport Horses, LLC offers a wide variety of equine services, including boarding, additional or special feed, turn-out service, lay-up service, grooming, and additional services.
