Lars Meyer Bexten

Lars Meyer Bexten (* 1973 in Herford ) is a former German jumping rider , FEI tutor and coach of the junior and young riders. He is the son of the 1970s and 1980s, very successful show jumper , Ulrich Meyer Bexten too .

Earlier in his career, Meyer was himself a successful show jumper Bexten, he now works internationally as a coach. His first victory came erritt S-1988, at the age of 15 years. In 1990 he became European champion team of juniors. A year later he became the Golden Riding Badge awarded. In 1996 he won his first Nations Cup. As a German national coach he has been for several years for the DOKR work. He is also to be found in international tournaments as a team leader with the riders of the German squad. Since 2004 he is also considered as one of seven worldwide FEI Tutor responsible for building an international coaching system. Since 2005 he is a member of the team jumping coach. Every year on his investment, the tournaments German Friendships and Bexter open court instead. For several years he has been coach of the horse-soldiers in the Bundeswehr Sports School in Warendorf . Since 2011 Lars Meyer is Bexten national coach for the juniors and young riders
