Janine Jansen
Jansen Eventing` is run by the husband and wife team of Peter Holdgate and Janine Jansen.
Janine works full time to support her passion for Eventing, and Peter, recently retired from the media, manages the yard. Janine a television reporter and presenter, `juggles` her time between TV and eventing. On occasion, she may ride three horses before working a ten-hour day at the `Beeb`, and then ride the remainder when she gets home.
The couple have lived at their beloved `Chavara` for eight years,devoting all their time, energy and resources developing it as a private competition yard.
They are situated between Ashburton and Newton Abbot, and have views across the rolling hills of South Devon, just below the wilds of Dartmoor.
Peter and Janine currently own five horses, having recently bred two foals and added another youngster to their team. In addition, Janine rides and competes other owners` horses both in eventing and dressage.
