It showed a graph of how, by using twitter strategically, she is now driving almost as much traffic from her twitter account as from Google searches – pretty impressive. One of the keys they talk about is how she makes sure to include personable tweets – like links to pictures, contests and her charitable efforts – exactly the kind of things people are interested in knowing from her.
