Jamieson Horse Transport was established in 1995. Gavin Jamieson was already an experienced horsekeeper having been a horse owner from an early age. His passion and love of horses took him to college where he successfully graduated with horse management and went on to work professionally with horses, working at a well known and respected Arab Stud for many years. Gavin initially started transporting horses as a favour for colleagues and acquaintances but as his reputation spread so did his commitment to transport.
After starting to move horses commercially Gavin built a strong reputation for his caring and professional disposition. This professionalism allied with a caring attitude to the horses and a helpful approach to their owners, remains the bedrock of Jamieson Horse Transport.
Our aim is always to provide a flexible proactive service which caters to you as an owner, taking every care and making every effort to ensure your horse travels comfortably and safely, arriving with as little stress as possible. To achieve our goals, care and patience is taken at all stages of the journey, from loading, transit, to unloading and the safe receipt of the horse at the journey`s destination.
