Equitop de Moyon
In Equitop de Moyon`s pedigree the very best of the French showjumping top is united. His father is Jalisco-B, sire Almé Z, with a showjumping index of +28 (reliability 96%) and he produced a series of excellent sons (Papillon Rouge, Quidam de Revel, Quito de Baussy, Rêve d`Elle, Schérif d`Elle, Survouf de Revel, Vert et Rouge), even posthumously still the pillar of the Selle Français. Equitop`s grandsire Narcos II has a showjumping index of +24 (0,97), but he is the first of all French stallions on the basis of the winnings of his offspring (incl. 1996 FF 2,420,646). The dam`s lineage is interesting as well. Thira de Moyon has a showjumping index of +23 (0,47), and therefore belongs to the upper class of French mares (191 broodmares with an index ranging between +34 and 22). Studbook Zangersheide already licensed the stallions Duc de Moyon Z and L`Amour Z from this lineage. Great-grandam Narcisse produced the international showjumper Flambeau C (Fréderic Cottier) by Un Prince xx. It is an old lineage (Vol de Nuit-Mandelieu-My Chestnut), originating from Calvados and later residing in Manche (Couetil family, Chavoy).
