Benvenuto
2003 Chestnut Hanoverian Stallion 16.3hh Benvenuto stands at Champion Park Stud in Leicestershire. He was bred in Germany by Christian Heinrich and graded with the Hanoverian Verband as a Premium stallion in 2005 and on his move to the UK is now licensed British Hanoverian and AES. Benvenuto competed up to PSG level with success before an injury curtailed his ridden career. Piaffe and passage both came easily to him and his rider Sharon Edwards found to be extremely trainable. His trainability and good nature are key attributes he is passing on to his offspring. For More Info On Benvenuto Call : 07583939689 |
Benaggio ( x Dimaggio) – Licensed stallion Oldenburg & Hanoverian
The Grand Prix stallion Breitling W was named Stallion of the Year in 2014 and has an incredibly high success rate in producing Grand Prix horses. Some of his best offspring include: Blind Date (Grand Prix horse) winner of Austrian Dressage Championships; Balmoral W was the winner of 2013 German developing Grand Prix horse championships; Burlington FRH (his Licensed Son) was a member of Germany Gold Medal winning team in the Europeans young rider championships 2012.
As always the damline is so important in a successful stallion. Benevento’s dam Weserfee was not only extremely successful at mare shows, but in addition produced the full brother to Benvenuto – Bel Ami (Intermediare ), she has also produced several Verden auction horses, as well as the stallion Donnerman who was sold after achieving outstanding grades at his 100 day test.
Her Donnerhall daughter Donna Faye, when also bred to Breitling, produced the Grand Prix horse Belcanto and the PSG horse Bolghieri
Weserfee is by the legendary stallion Weltmeyer who won his stallion licencing, his stallion performance test, the Federal Championships and was awarded the title ‘Hanoverian Stallion of the Year’, although many may argue it should be ‘of the Century’. Weltmeyer has sired more than 100 approved sons, 250 State Premium mares, 11 Bundeschampions, and many successful Grand Prix horses including Olympic Gold medalist Weltall and World Cup winner Warum Nicht. One of the most exciting things Weltmeyer does is stamp his offspring with a wonderful hock action.
