BRITISH DRUM HORSE FILLY: ARCADIAN PEARL
Pearl is an exceptional Drum Horse filly, one of our best bred with quality bloodlines. She was born around midday on December 4th 2007, around the same time that the roadworks decided to regrade the strip of road that fronts her paddock, with graders, a huge roller and amazed council workers as onlookers– she received a loud welcome to the world – all along her remarkable dam was well at ease.
Pearl is a truly stunning piebald (black & white) filly with a full white mane and tail, a fabulous kind and affectionate filly. Pearl stands at 16hh. Every aspect of this horse is quality and there is no doubt Pearl will turn heads wherever she goes!

The popularity of horses in our part of the country is rapidly increasing. Because of this, horses have become a large part of our life. We are a family that has devoted most of our spare time to raising and caring for our horses. My wife had horses as a child and has always desired to get another one as an adult. Unfortunately, counting was never her strong suit, as we have four. (I`m as much to blame as she is hehehe). I, as a child, was like every other kid ... I wanted a pony. Nope ... I never got one. One day my wife and I were having a conversation, and I`m not sure how, but horses became the topic. We mutually decided that we`d like to investigate the possibilities of buying one. Again, counting was never "her" strong suit. We made arrangements to buy one, but then thought it would get lonely, so we decided to get it a pasture mate.
The snowball kept rolling. Since then, we have bought and sold a few. As we got older, our desires changed from "speed demons" and "gamers", to slow, passive trail horses. Taking a nice slow trail ride, drinking soda and eating a sandwich while on horseback truly appealed to us. We would like to share with you the part of our life that pertains to horses. Occasionally we will have a horse or two for sale, or we may post some sale ads for our dear friends at Telford Saddlebreds. Please click the links below to visit our photo and sale pages.
