WANTED - HORSE PROPERTY WITH 5 ACRES+ IN UNINCORPORATED BARRINGTON
If you have horse property in Unincorporated Barrington that has 5 or more acres and are considering listing it for sale next year, I have a buyer.
My buyer is looking for:
Live-able home, doesn`t have to be the pinnacle of perfection, just good and solid with not too much needed by way of updates. 5 or more acres. 5 to 8 would be the preferred lot size. Must legally be 5+ acres to accommodate the quantity of horses she has. Barns/stables. Enough to accommodate 6 horses to start, although this is not critical. Buyer can deal with zero barn/stable as long as the property and house work, she has ability to add. Would just need a run in or shelter for inclement weather. Barns, stables, fences can be in need of work, do not have to be perfect. Happy to re-fence or add to a small barn. Must be unincorporated Barrington. Barrington Hills would not work, doubtful North Barrington would either but let me know what you have.
So you see my buyers needs are not too hard as most Unincorporated Barrington properties have all of this. Nothing we have seen to date has the 5+ acres, they are all too small. Buyer runs a non profit organization and has horses and minis. It’s time to bring this family back together again, they are a little scattered right now and it impedes the wonderful work my client does.
