Amy Tryon
Amy Tryon, who won the bronze medal in team eventing at the 2004 Athens Games and also was on the U.S. team for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Born Feb. 24, 1970, in Redmond, Tryon competed on several U.S. teams internationally. In 2002, she was part of the gold-medal-winning U.S. squad at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez, Spain. She won individual bronze at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany.
Amy Tryon worked for several years as a firefighter, retiring in 2006 in order to concentrate on riding.
