Allegretto is a super young AES licensed stallion with a very interesting pedigree for dressage breeders. He has outstanding conformation with correct straight limbs, very good feet and incredible elastic movement. Standing at 16.3hh with good bone and a wonderful temperament.

As a foal his talent shone from birth. At 8 weeks old he was crowned Champion at his Futurity, being awarded Elite with a high score of 9,33. One judge awarded him a 9.75 for his amazing canter. At 10 weeks old he was inspected by Oldenburg who awarded him their highest accolade, the Premium award.

The inspectors recommended that he be kept entire due to his exceptional talent and conformation. At 3 years old, he wowed the AES inspectors with his breathtaking movement and type and was unusually given licensed status to be used on 30 mares in his ﬁrst season. Now recently broken in, he is showing exceptional trainability. Naturally athletic he ﬁnds work easy and enjoys it. He is naturally balanced and uphill and his powerful hind leg easily comes underneath him. He is an absolute joy to ride and care for. He is very similar in type and looks to his grandsire, Ampere.

His sire, Antango (Ampere x Jazz) scored 9.0 for his canter and 8.75 for his trot at his 30 day test. Antango`s sire, Ampere was Champion at the KWPN licensing and his damsire Jazz were members of the Dutch dressage team in the WEG and has sired numerous Grand Prix horses.

His dam, Special Lady (Goodtimes x Silvio II) is from an exception KWPN damline and is eligible for Elite status due to the outstanding mare family performance. She is from a jumping line which gives the offspring very good powerful hind limbs and excellent canters. Her sire, Goodtimes, is known for producing both International show jumping horses and dressage horses, such as Prestige VDL who competed Internationally under

Edward Gal and was awarded a 10 for canter at his Swedish stallion test! Her damsire is Silvio II, who is by the stallion Sandro, who himself has inﬂuenced modern dressage breeding, notably being the grandsire of legendary stallion, Sandro Hit and Isabell Werth`s Grand Prix ride, Satchmo.
