Akzent II was an important dressage sire and Trakehner stallion, his sire was Absatz while his dam Wega was a daughter of the influential thoroughbred stallion Waidmannsdank. At his stallion grading Akzent II scored very highly for rideability (with a score of 144), As a sire he produced over 750 competition horses winning DM1,183,852. One of Akzent II`s top progeny include German Dressage Derby champion Amazonas competed by Karin Schluter.
