Oak trail riding offers the sport and nature lovers unique possibility to discover the beauty of these mountains and its valleys. With us you can go for trail riding, hiking or trekking for 3 to 7 days in the magnificent forests and woods in the northern province of Iran; Mazanderan, 220 Km north of Tehran and 60 Km south of the Caspian Sea. You will also enjoy watching or making pictures of the wild life in the area, which consist of boar, red deer, bear, moflon and ibex. What we provide:
Mount and trail tack, that is saddles suitable for trail ride, saddlebags, tent, an experienced guide and all the meals during your stay.
What you bring “attire for the trail”
Your attire should be well suited for riding a trail. Avoid loose flapping cloths; they may catch on brush and low limb. Avoid shoes that may fall off or that have slippery soles. A well-fitted walking or trekking boot is the best choice.
Further you need:
A protective hat, warm clothing with long sleeves, a rain coat, pocket knife, extra socks, sandals “camp shoes”, sleeping bag and most important a personal water canteen.
