1988 Seoul Olympics - South Korea

Show Jumping

The showjumping competition was full of legends, won by the famous Jappeloup ridden by French rider Pierre Durand, Jr, beating American rider Greg Best riding the great Gem Twist, the bronze medal was won by Karsten Huck and Nepomuk 8 representing West Germany. The team event was won by a strong team from West Germany, beating the USA who won the silver medal and the French team who took home the Bronze Medal

Dressage

The individual dressage was dominated by the West German team with Nicole Uphoff & Rembrandt winning gold and with Margit Otto-Crepin from France riding Corlandus winning silver, the bronze medal was won by Christine St�ckelberger on Gauguin de Lully CH representing Switzerland.

In the dressage team Competition the West German team continued there dominance winning gold, with Switzerland winning silver and Canada taking the bronze medal.

Eventing
