1964 Cheltenham Gold Cup Arkle takes revenge on Mill House

Even with only four runners, you rarely see races as good as this. Mill House really took the race to Arkle from the start, setting a good strong gallop, he always seemed to be going the better of the two till the last two fences. Arkle had pulled hard for much of the race which often takes it out of a horse. But he was a real machine, he had to be really because Mill House was a machine himself at this stage of his career.
